Hi All,
Is it possible in powershell to retrieve logs from rescan protection group ?
I don't find this object in the doc.

You mean the debugging logs for Veeam?
You can pass a VBRDiscoveredComputer object to Export-VBRLogs:

So save the result of Get-VBRDiscoveredComputer to some variable, and pass that on the -Computer flag for Export-VBRLogs.
