Reporting bug in Set-VBRJobSchedule commandlet for v12

Post by maanlicht » 1 person likes this post

Dear Veeam community,

I would like to report a bug in the Set-VBRJobSchedule PS command. According to the documentation we can modify a job schedule to run every several hours by using the following snippet. The command indeed sets the schedule radio button to "Periodically every". But it doesn't set it to the desired '12' hours but sets it to 1 hour instead. This used to work in v11 but it v12 it doesnt.

Code: Select all

$job = Get-VBRJob -Name Daily Job
Set-VBRJobSchedule -Job $job -Periodicaly -FullPeriod 12 -PeriodicallyKind Hours

I hope somone in the future will find this useful to know.

Hello Maanlicht

Thanks for posting the bug.
We are aware of the issue and that the bug is already planned to be fixed with Veeam Backup & Replication v12a.

Best,
