Start-VBRJob : Exception has been thrown by the target

If you write a Veeam Powershell script, many things will work. However, trying to start a job shows the following exception: "Start-VBRJob : Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation".

Technical support just wasted 2 days on this, and left me with an "I'll get back to you later" for an answer. However, there is a Tools | Powershell menu item in v5 that opens a shell that will actually do a Start-VRBJob. The UAC prompt was the hint that I needed to run my powershell scripts as Administrator.

You'd think that hint would make it into the doc, but I certainly didn't find it. The exception message is certainly no help.

Hopefully the next user to bump into this will see the exception posted here and not waste so much time. I was seeing the failure on both Windows 7-64 and 2008r2.
