billing report data/numbers differs from Job Properties

Hi all,

i want to determine the current backup size(disk, diskcopy and Tape) for one of our customers.
But i already have some trouble doing this for disk backups.

Can somebody explain to me why there are different sizes between billing report in VeeamOne and the backup properties in Veeam B&R?

9,01TB and 1,29TB

I've selected the same Jobs with the same VM's.
I've also checked the size on the used repository which proves the backup properties right.

What am i getting wrong?
Is there a better way to do this?

Hello Matthias,
Would you mind to please open a support ticket so our engineers can take a look at what is going on in more details, with access to the database and the system?

It is a bit difficult to troubleshoot on the forums, as this might take some time of going back and forth, check data collection is happening all good, etc.
