Inability to drill down on reports and then save as a new re
It would be very helpful to be able to drill down (hyperlink) in a report creation, then save that report to My Reports for continued use and scheduling. For instance, we would like to see all running vm's with the toal count listed aplphabetically. For instance, in VMware Overview, VMs Configuration, you can drill down VM State Summary detail to sort and get what you need (#running vms and detail) but you then can't save that report, forcing you to manually repeat the steps for weekly reporting to management. This is true of ALL reports and definitely would be a timesaver to be able to save them out.

Hi Mark,
Yes, this is something we want to address as well. The solution might be either saving these drill down reports in the same folder or re-designing reports to make them more print out, "pdf-friendly".
Thanks!

Re: Inability to drill down on reports and then save as a ne
The problem with drill-down scheduling is that there can be hundreds of them within the main report. And before report is generated we don't know the list of available drill-downs.
But if you generate a report, then choose desired drill-downs and save&schedule the process it may do the trick. I like your idea, we will think of its implementation in next versions.
Thank you!
