Is possible to create reports for backup done with Oracle RMAN Plug-In?

Hi Gabriele.
As of today, no. Not through Veeam One at least.
You can use native RMAN Reporting though, like "LIST BACKUP SUMMARY;" will toss you a great list of all backups made - Veeam Plugin emulates "SBT_Tape" and that will be your target VBR server.
