pCPU utilization
I need a report to confirm that pCPU utilization is not to high compared to the overall host usage.

Hello Darren,
You need to take a look at CPU Usage metric that can be found in our Host Performance and Custom Performance reports. This performance counter (measured in %) will show you a correlation between CPU resources that are actively used by your ESX(i) hosts and total pCPU resources available.
