Full vm restore not connecting NIC

Hello,
i'm trying to do a full vm restore using:

POST http://<Enterprise-Manager>:9399/api/vmRestorePoints/{ID}?action=restore

everyting works fine except that the restored VM come up with the NIC disconnected.

is there a way to make Veeam to restore the VM with the NIC connected?

i saw that I can use

in order to power on the VM, is there some <ConennectAtPoweron> tag or something like that?

Hi Lorenzo,

I'm not aware of this setting within the Enterprise Manager REST API. Here is a link to our API documentation showing all available parameters for the API call in question.

Hello,

Is this specification still ongoing?
The network is connected when I restore using Enterprise Manager(UI).
The NIC remains disconnect when I use Rest full API.

This setting hasn't changed so far, as you can see in our up-to-date documentation. Cheers!

Hi Oleg,

Thank you for your quick reply.

However, what kind of technical reason why Restfull API do not connect NIC on the other hand I can connect NIC when I restore a VM using UI from Veeam Enterprise Manager?
so additional Vm's infromation that given statick MAC address.
