Hello,
customer is asking due automation access into api calls of VBR, EM, but based on roles is not possible to allow permissions
would it be possible to implement into v13?

Granular permissions are not yet a part of APIs as it's not in the product yet, but we have it noted. Could you please tell me what level of granularity are you looking for?

Not yet, it's on discussion stage. It would make sense to implement it for the UI first, so consider it a long-term plan.
