Hi,
I make a GET /catalog/vms/{vmname}/vmRestorePoints to have a resource representation of a collection of restore points for a VM whose guest OS files have been indexed during backup.
All work fine if I query a VM with Windows OS.
If I query a VM with Linux OS then the server returns null although the Linux VM have some successful backup.
Is there any method to get all restore points of Linux VM?
Thank you,
Mardock.

Re: Restore points of Linux VM
Hi,
Successfull backup does not imply that the indexation has been accomplished. Please check in your job log if Linux machines' filesystems have been successfully indexed. If not, please refer to this guide and double check all prerequisites:

Please let me know if that helps. For Linux system indexing, Veeam Backup & Replication requires several utilities to be installed on the Linux VM: mlocate, gzip and tar. If these utilities are not found, you will be prompted to deploy them to support Linux VM file indexing.
Thank you.
