unable to login api

Dear Team,

I am face a issue unable to login api https://localhost:9398/web/#/api/
when I click on task it is asking username password but after given username password its show same logging prompt
my user is portal administrator permission it can login veeam enterprise manager but not login in api

Please help anyone

Hi Sandip,

The one and only case I could reproduce the creds prompt appearing over and over in regardless the browser and EM REST API version is when incorrect credentials are inserted. That's exactly what you are describing.
Now, I'm not saying that's your issue precisely, but it might be worth double checking the creds you insert. Apart from that, I would test this through other REST clients (Postman, Powershell, Javascript libraries or else) to isolate the issue.

I am new in REST I don't know how to use other client
but I am using Swagger UI it is connect with my username and password with generating Bearer <access_token>
Please help

Hi Sandip,

Could you please try to check it with Postman client? Here is the article, which might help you build login request in Postman. It can help to know whether your problem is with your credentials, swagger client or something else.
Also, what happens if you try to login through other browsers?
