Backup Windows 10 with agent failed

Hy!

I would like to backup a Windows 10 laptop with Agent, When I configured the backup policy and run, imediatelly got the following error:
2022. 12. 13. 11:00:15 :: Failed to process agent PC1.domain.lcl Error: The path is not of a legal form.

I couldn't find any resolution on the internet.

Hello adam900331,

"The path is not of a legal form" error might happen due to possible collision of x86/x64 clients. Hard to say if this is applicable to your scenario.

I think the problem was that I select the File level backup and select the Operating system partition and a folder name which is in locate the Operating system partition (C:), was it be the problem?

I tried the same for my windows 10 laptop and backup works without any error message.

I recreated the backup policy and the problem was resolved.
