After uninstalling and reinstalling the agent several times, we are still having the problem. We have run the "wbemtest" test and the result is OK.
We don't know what else to do.
Can you help us? Some idea ?

Can you please share the full case number? Case numbers should be 8 numbers total starting with 08* currently.
