Hello there,
happy community edition user, and I used to have to have on my laptops / PCs always a separate partition for my data and for the OS; in order not to have duplicates, as the devices are synced (e.g. Pictures, MP3s). So now with the deduplication, is this still required? Or will VBR just safe ony copy each?
TIA

Re: Deduplucation - from different Workstations
Unless you excluded that data from the backups, the data will be included in the backup. Veeam doesn't do cross-backup deduplication.
So you could exclude that drive on all of your computers except one.
