Hi everyone,
i'm new here, so please help me out if i missed something important.
Case ID: 04578267
Installed Veeam B&R 10a for a customer, we got Veeam 10 running for other customers without any issues but this one drives me crazy.
The customer just got one physical server and i am trying to set up a proper backup but it won't start the backup task.
Everytime it fails with "unable to process server: host rescan is required"
When i try rescanning the host then it always fails with no proper error message.
Already tried searching the forum and got a few ideas like disabling the manually added group but nothing changes.

Logs clearly show that rescan of machine in question fails:
[07.01.2021 12:19:09]
Failed to install Installer service on -------.local:6160. Reason: The user name or password is incorrect.
Failed to create persistent connection to ADMIN$ shared folder on host ------
So it surely does look like a credentials issue.
Please make sure credentials are set in domain\user format, and if machine is outside domain it should be machine\user.
