Network backup issue after Veeam V&R is upgraded.

Post by jw_park »

Case #07204358 — Network backup issue
(both windows and linux have same problem)

A server has 2 network adapters. one is for service, the other is for backup. When Veeam B&R was version 11, the server used OS backup as the network for backup. After Veeam B&R is version 12, the server use OS backup as the network for service. I want to why the network was changed.
The Veeam B&R was upgraded at 2024/03/12 08:00~12:00. But Client agent has not upgraded. it means the client agent version is 11.

below is the log

Hi JaewanPark

Welcome to the forum.
I removed your log snippets from this forum post. Please do not post any logs to this forum as requested by our forum policy. We are not a support forum and the team behind this forum doesn't have the tools to investigate log files.
In the future, please consider to use the Talk to a manager option if you are unhappy about your case. Your support engineer has the option to escalate the case to the next tier if required. If it's a bug, then it needs to be escalated through the case to our RnD teams.

To come back to your question. I'm not aware of any changes but I will ask around in my team.

Best,
Fabian
