Hello,
I have a job that runs a backup of about 20 laptops. I've recently added one protected computer to this job, and would like to remotely initiate a backup of this laptop without running a backup of all the other laptops in the job. Is this possible? I know the end user can do this on their end, but I'm wondering if I can do it from the Veeam Backup and Replication console.
Thanks!
Bill.

Re: Remotely starting backup of one protected computer in a bigger job
Hi Bill
The feature you need is called "Quick Backup", which is not available for "Managed By Agent" Backup Jobs. And it also works only after the first full backup. We are aware of this feature request, so it's counted as +1.
For now, you have to connect remotely to the machine to start a backup. Or wait until the scheduler on the client starts it.
Thanks
Fabian
