Unable to install backup agent

Hi,
Now i have this error message when i try to scan the remote host:

Code: Select all

Unable to install backup agent: cannot connect to X.X.X.X Error: Failed to get path for 'veeaminstaller' utility for OS platform 'Unknown'

Have you any idea for helping me?

PS: I use VB&R 10 community edition on windows server 2012, and the remote host is a linux debian 9
