Case #04501016
Hello, I've set up a Linux Agent job to backup my Ubuntu Server machine (20.04) and gave it the necessary credentials for an account dedicated just for Veeam. Backups work just fine.
My issue is that I get alerted whenever an account SSHs into my machine, and the Veeam account does this A LOT. *Multiple* times a day, I will get an alert that the Veeam account has accessed my Ubuntu machine via ssh. I'm talking about 6-8 times a day, even when no backups are running and none are scheduled.
Any idea what's going? Thank you.

Re: Veeam SSHs into my Linux Server multiple times a day
Hello,
I guess it's the rescan process.
Best regards,
Hannes
