0x86 - no cleaning tape

Hello folks,

we set up autocleaning a few weeks ago, today i recieved an E-Mail saying that there was a problem with the cleaning process:

            Event Code:   0x86 - no cleaning tape 

Serial Number       : SN
IP Address          : IP
Firmware Revision   : 6.30
Library Name        : Name

After checking Veeam Backup and Replication I can confirm that there is a cleaning tape inside the tape libary (under unrecognized):



It seems that Veeam detects the tape but still fails to run the clean job, why?

It meens your cleaning tape is end of live. Insert a new one.
