Append Files on protected Tapes

Hello,

I have just a simple question:

When I manually protect a tape it seems not to be possible to append files to this tape, because Veeam waits on a new tape, is this behaviour expected?

In the official Documentation I read this:

When the tapes are protected, the following operations are prohibited for them:
- Erasing tapes
- Marking tapes as free
- Removing tapes from catalog

To perform these operations, you need to switch the protection off first.
