Hello, we are doing some research on if the VTL will be viable for our workloads.
We are looking to send approximately 2.5 TB daily to VTL.
For those of you who have already deployed VTL (with AWS) did you use an on-premise VM or EC2 as the Gateway?

Hello Stuart,
Local machine is the best since the emulated tape media will land in the machine's cache fist and only then upload will be performed (so you are isolating yourself from temporary connection issues with such setup). Cheers!
