Backup to TAPE - GFS

When backing up a tape using a GFS Media Pool with weekly retention. The backups that are stored are the full ones of the day that it is executed or do you also take the incremental ones?

Based on the following link the GFS will always do a full for Weekly whether a full is created or it synthesizes one to tape - https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110
