Normally if I restore a restore point from tape, I see the restore point in the GUI so I can get rid of it when I'm finished with it.
Yesterday I started a restore, then cancelled it after a few minutes. It now seems that it had created the vbk file and then left it there. I can't see any place in the GUI to delete it, so I've had to delete it manually.
Is this normal? I'm running 9.5.0.1038.

Re: Cancelled restore point restore left vbk file on disk
This also caused our main backup to run out of space overnight, leaving one VM not backed up. Is there a way to get it to retry the backup to include that VM?

Select the job and click the retry button or right-click the job and select retry.pshute wrote:This also caused our main backup to run out of space overnight, leaving one VM not backed up. Is there a way to get it to retry the backup to include that VM?

Excellent, that solves that part of the problem.
