Hello,
Our tape Jobs have not been working from the last 2 months, so we have decided to delete everything and begin again with, what we think, is a better approach tan we were using until now.
I´d like to know what would be the right way of doing this.
Currently we have 3 backup to tape Jobs, 3 media pools and a lot of backups under TAPE>BACKUPS that we don´t really need.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: Delete all tape jobs information
You want to avoid manual steps, and delete everything in automatic fashion, right? If so, PowerShell is the best option here. Thanks.

Re: Delete all tape jobs information
Thanks for your answer. I don´t mind do it manually, I just want to be sure 100% that everything is removed and that we can begin with our new tape jobs from the scratch.

Re: Delete all tape jobs information
Then, you should delete tape jobs, tape backups, mark as free mediums that are present in custom media pools, delete media pools. If some of the already written mediums are currently offline, then, you will have to erase them or mark them as free, when they show up in library again. Thanks.
