In your May 24 Digest, you mentioned removing the the "Transform previous backup chains into rollbacks option of the forward incremental backup" is being deprecated.
I'm posting this in the tape forum because we put daily incrementals to tape. When we tried using reverse incrementals as the primary backup, they didn't go to tape. Is there a supported method for our use case?

Hello,
for daily incremental to tape you can go for Forward Incremental with active or synthetic full.
With REFS or XFS block cloning it does not cost any additional disk space. https://www.veeam.com/blog/advanced-ref ... suite.html
