Overwrite a Tape - Setting questions

Hello,

I'm in the following situation.

Backup to disk (forever forward incremental) with 14 retention points. Now I want to configure a full-chain backup to tape + a full-file-to-tape backup, everyday. So I configured two jobs. First the file-to-tape job and afterwards with a (After "F2T-Job")-Schedule the simple backup-to-tape job. There is no barcode reader and no overwrite protection in the media pool.

When I export a tape at monday evening with both jobs backed up and reimport it two days later, will it overwrite the whole tape or do I have to erase the tape everytime I import a tape which I used earlier?

You don`t need to erase tapes as they can be overwritten.
