Hello,
is it possible to modify the subject for the "Insert Tape to continue" notification mails?
I modified the subject for the normal notification E-mails, in the general settings, to contain the tag "[VE-Backup]".
That way our ticket system can identifiy the Veeam notifications and forward them to the correct group.
Since the "Insert Tape to continue" notification mails don't contain that tag, the tickets don't get forwarded.

Unfortunately it's not possible to change it.
As a simple workaround, could you do something with mail rules on your mailbox server?
Maybe scan for the content of the mail, if "Insert Tape to continue" is found, add a prefix to the subject?
I know it's possible with Microsoft Exchange.
