quick clarification needed Full/Incremental

1 tape is in the pool.
First full backup is performed by running the Job manually
I need that all new data in the folder reflected in the job will be added to tape automatically.

The question:
the logic saying: set only Incremental option.

What will happen if FULL option will be selected? Would it be the same result as with Incremental when only new data will be backed up.
I think yes. It not make any sense if it will create a full backup each scheduled time...
But may be I mistaken. Interesting to know.

Not sure if I got your question. Could you please clarify your Backup to Tape job settings and source Backup Job settings. What exactly, you'd like to achieve?
