Hello Veeam development,
For creating backup copies to tape Veeam needs to have at least 1 copy of the VM data on disk. The minimum amount of recovery points is 1, so the full VM data needs to stay on disk.
I would like to have the possibility to use a disk as a staging area for my copy to tape, so I do not need that much diskspace.
The purpose is to archive specific VM's to tape only, I do not need disk backups for this VM's.
After the copy to tape is successful, the vbk file on the disk can be deleted.
Please add this feature to the next version / update in Veeam!
Thank you, regards Jeroen
