Tape drive error
I'm currently getting an error every so often where one of my drives (the exporting robotic drive) will "disappear unexpectedly" when the library is doing an inventory. The drive doesn't go offline for long at this time and is functional afterwards. I've talked to tech support at Spectra for the tape library and they have suggested to ask Veeam if there is any kind of timeout parameter that is set for the tape drives to respond to commands. Anyone know or maybe I'll have to open a case for this? Thanks.

Might be a hardware specific, so kindly open a support case and let the team check your debug logs. Thank you!
