Tape Inventory Warning Message.

Hello Guys,

I am getting the following warning during an inventory of an LTO-6 tape from Veeam.

12/21/2016 12:33:20 PM Warning TapeDrive alert: The tape directory on the tape cartridge just unloaded has been corrupted. File search performance will be degraded. The tape directory can be rebuilt by reading all the data..

Now the tape is brand new so does this mean that this tape is bad?
