Tape Job Hangs

We have a stand-alone tape environment that runs parallel to our Veeam D2D environment.
On occasion we will have a job to tape hang without explanation. In almost all cases it hangs at 47% and will never continue. We have had it sit for 36 hours! It is not a conflict with a D2D job as we've ruled that out.
