Tape Operator Role - Move Tape to specific Vault

Hi,
i'm trying to cut permissions using B&R Users & Roles-Management.
There are some Users, that only need to swap our Tapes periodically. Basically they simply import and export Tapes.

When exporting Tapes they will be placed in different offline Vaults.
The "Veeam Tape Operator"-Role seems to lack the permission to manually move Tapes to Vaults. - Is there a way to adjust these permissions, so our Tape Operators are able to move Tapes in Veeam to Vaults to reflect the physical movement to a specific vault?

I dont want them to have Backup Operator rights, as there's no need to adjust any Backup Jobs for these Users...
