Veeam V8.0 vSpere 5.5 config Backup Jobs

Hello, I'm new to Veeam Backup and looking for help on configure my backup jobs. (we've used symantec backup exec)
I want to set up my jobs like this:

- one Job: Important server group every night on disk and additionaly on tape (want to overwrite the tape every second day)
- second Job: only runs on sunday including all servers also on Tape with GFS routine.

Does it make sense? I don't know how to do the tape setup, any ideas?

What backup mode do your source backup jobs use? What retention do they have? Do you want to copy the whole chain, including all fulls and increments, to tape whenever a tape job runs or just portion of the chain?
