I don't believe it's the same error. You posted your question in the Veeam One forum, but your support case talks about "Can't make backup on tape". Different products and different goals
If you can more about your issue here, we can try to guide you in the right direction. But it's an issue with a primary key, then it's database related and only our support team will be able to analyze this issue. It is not possible over the forum to analyze such technical issues.
