Wrong crc sum

Hello,
What I can do with this error? I have 3 tapes from which i can't restore because of error: Wrong crc sum. And how this happened because all other tapes works perfectly.

On what B&R version are you?

Please note, that it's hard to identify the root cause without looking at the log files. Could you please reach out to our support team for assistance with that and post your case ID here as per Veeam forum rules?

Before raising a call with our support team try to perform tape library drive cleaning (you can use tape library console to start an ad-hoc cleaning cycle). Cheers!
