Agent is stuck in Retry option

Post by great_vc »

Hi, i tried to update from the app, but it failed with a message of incompatible. I downloaded the setup from the site and installed it. i have the new version but the console is stuck in retry, so no check for new updates is available or that the application is current. If i click on retry i get the error and back to the main menu. But you can see that the application is fully updated

How do i fix this ?

Thank you,

Hello,

That sounds like a technical issue. We cannot investigate such issues through a forum topic.
Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic. Without case number, the topic will eventually be deleted by moderators.

Verify the system requirements, if everything is ok, then proceed with the case.

It has nothing to do with system requirements, the problem is not the instalation. The problem is that the application is not aware that the product is installed. It still thinks that it failed.
