- A main server in the datacenter
- a proxy server in our site
I'm trying to deploy Veeam Endpoint from Veeam Console but we have the following error :
I checked from the target client machine and the port 10005 is not accessible to the proxy Veeam server. I checked and firewall is off (it's on the same network). Any idea to troubleshoot? The Proxy veeam server is Windows 2016 server.
A Veeam Proxy Server will not be used for your Veeam Agent Backup.
Port 10005 is only open, if the veeam agent service on the client machine is running. Check if the service is running. You can use telnet client on the VBR server to check for Port 10005 on the client.
