So I've raised this with Veeam support, ID 04777219. I have a Synology 920+ NAS, and I'm trying to use VAW to backup my Win10 machine.
I followed the setup from this page https://www.reddit.com/r/synology/comme ... microsoft/. The backup started running, then randomly hung at around 7GB transferred. I did some searches online, found how a BITS troubleshooter helped someone, tried it, the next attempt got to around 11GB transferred in 3 minutes and failed with the

I have 2x IP addresses for the NAS (2x routers) so I tried the other just to see if something on the router was the problem. It's a much slower connection, took 1h30m to get to 10GB transferred, but then failed with the same error.
I've followed the steps listed here https://www.veeam.com/kb1735 after checking here veeam-agent-for-windows-f33/backup-fail ... 62508.html but so far nothing seems to have worked.
The connection between Win machine and NAS is definitely being closed but I don't know why. I've got a network share of the whole NAS on Windows, and when the backup fails, that network connection won't load and nerfs explorer. Any help greatly appreciated!
