Attempt to Restore Results in "No Local Backup Found"

Hello,

I had incremental backups on external drive and since it grew large I had to remove newer restore points and leave older restore points. I already had newer restore points on additional external drive too.

I wanted to restore something from older backups and when attempted to restore, received the error that no backups found despite selecting those backups to restore from. It couldn't restore on file level and volume level. What's the issue? Here are the screenshots:

Did you try to browse for these files?

This might be an issue. Kindly, check with the support team: as far as I remember manual backup files deletion is not recommended because metadata remains unmodified.

Yes, after which I get message with exclamation mark like on screenshot.

I asked about deleting newer backups here and was told this would work on one hand. On another there is a chance for issues

TechnicGeek,

Case submission via support portal is currently unavailable. It should be up after VAW 2.0 goes GA for all paid editions of the product. Please use product’s built-in logic instead: go to VEB Control Panel > Support > Technical support.
