Last week I upgraded two of my machines from 4.0.1 ( I think) to 5.0. Both back up to my local synology via SMB. One works fine. The other, which is my main laptop, keeps erroring out with the error below. I have tried doing a repair install and a remove and reinstall. Any idea what I can do to fix this:
Do you have a case ID to share with us? Such issues requires debug log analysis, so we cant go any further without the needed troubleshooting information. If you don't have a case Id please raise a ticket via product's UI and share the case ID with us. Thank you!
