backup files not deleted retention expired

Hi all,

we are backing up several servers and workstations using VAW 2.0. It generally works fine.
However, for most servers/workstations backup files are not being deleted after retention period has expired. Increments are being added over and over again regardless retention period.
Approx. half servers/workstations are physical and other half are Hyper-V servers.
We use Veeam B&R v9.5 update 2.

Does anyone has idea what to do?
