Hello,
I have chose an entire computer backup in Veeam Agent (excluding the USB drives).
If I create one or more USB folders shortcut on my desktop, doesn't Veeam create a backup of my USB key (and folder inside)?

Hello and welcome to the community!
No, Veeam Agent for Windows wont not process the content for such shortcuts. External drive should be included in the backup via wizard, only with this option enabled we will start to process the data on the removable media. Cheers!
