Bare Metal Recovery fails

I completely backed up my new PC a few days ago (backup destination: shared folder on my NAS). Today I need to restore the system volume of the PC because the Windows installation got corrupted during an update.
I booted the computer with the Veeam Recovery Medium (USB stick) and wanted to do a bare metal recovery.
Unfortunately, a few seconds after starting the recovery, I get the error message

failed to open storage for read access

, although just before I was able to select the restore point on the NAS. What am I doing wrong?

I've found the mistake: I've forgot the computer name prefix in the credential "Username":



Although the shared folder on the NAS is "public" and doesn't require a password, I have to enter credentials. *** strange *** However, before the user name I still have to write the computer name on which the user is created.
