Central Backup Administration of Workstations

Questions:

1. Is there a way of centrally managing about 25 workstations if they were running the Veeam Windows Agent Version 2.1?
2. If the application exists, what is it called and can it run on a Windows 7 SP1 workstation, or does it only run on Windows Server?
3. Also elaborate if the FREE versions of the backup application are included (Such as the FREE version of Veeam Windows Agent Version 2.1), or if this feature requires a license.

Hi,

1. Yes, Agent Management has been created exactly for that purpose.
2. It exists and is called "Veeam Backup & Replication". It can run on Windows 7 SP1
3. FREE version of VBR exists, however Agent Management feature requires you to have Agent license installed on VBR.
