Change block tracking
I am interested in using Veeam Endpoint Backup as an interim backup product for a couple physical servers until we can migration them to virtual. I am specifically interested in using this product to backup to a network share across a VPN tunnel (to the COLO backup repository), so my question is how this would perform. Does VEB use change block tracking and deduplication?

Re: Change block tracking
Hello and welcome to the community forums James!
Yes, deduplication and compression are both enabled as a part of Endpoint backup job. Endpoint is running in forever incremental backup mode because of the change block tracking. Are you planning to use volume level or file level backups over the VPN?
