Case 04320852

New Veeam deployment, Windows servers, Veeam Enterprise, v10

16 servers added to PI group, through AD, 13 are happy

1 Does not show up in the group despite several rescans. Server was rebooted, rescanned, removed from PI group, added, rescanned, latest Veeam Windows client downloaded but install fails with "Veeam Agent for Microsoft.... is managed by system administrator"... searched for error online, cant uninstall client from inventory. Uninstalled from server, reinstalls attempted, same results.

1 Veeam cannot find the "path" during client install.

1 Cannot install .net 4.7.2.... manually installed .net on the server but it had already been installed, ran a repair, repair went fine, tried rescanning, failed same error.

Been combing posts but nothing seems to fit so far

Hello,
and welcome to the forums.

according to the case information, you are using community edition. That means support will probably not help you... That happened because you did not open the case as case admin or license admin https://www.veeam.com/kb2211

EDIT: support moved you to the production queue

And there are no logs attached to the case (screenshots do not really help) https://www.veeam.com/kb1832. Without logs, nobody can help.
