We upgraded our Veeam servers last week to 11.0.0.837
We are now not able to recover from a Windows backup of our hdvx files. We used to be able to open them up and select individual files. Now we are getting the error message "Couldn't mount file --- the disk image isn't initialized, contains partitions that aren't recognizable, or contains volumes that haven't been assigned drive letters.
We have worked thru some help info by running disk manager to initiate the disk but this disk does not show up in the drive list.
I have issued a help ticket but wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue.
