We have managed agents in our office on laptops that are frequently offline. I don't care that they are offline. I don't care that they fail to scan. I want to stop getting email notifications for offline agents, I just don't care. I want success and failure for their backups.
Is there a way to accomplish this? Is there any granularity in the notification settings anywhere? I'm debating going back to free agent and manual setup at the client. It's been nothing but a headache to be honest.
